Future Drivalia offers consumers the option to return the vehicle without giving any reason within 14 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract. If the end of the return period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the vehicle may be returned no later than the first following working day.

Always schedule an appointment before potentially returning the vehicle!

The vehicle must be returned at the sales location in Vestec and all of the following conditions must be met:

• The vehicle has been driven a maximum of 200 km (from the time of handover to the time of return).
• The vehicle is returned in the same technical condition as it was handed over, without any additional damage and with complete equipment.
• An officially certified power of attorney for the transfer of the vehicle back to Drivalia is provided together with the vehicle.
• If the purchase of the vehicle was financed by a bank or another financial institution, all obligations must be settled.

The purchase price of the vehicle will be refunded within 14 days from the termination of the purchase contract and will be reduced by 5% (costs associated with handling the return and reselling the vehicle).
